30 YEARS OF PARTIES IN ONE NIGHT!
Over the past 30 years, Washington Stage Guild has presented many plays that included party scenes– which was your favorite?
The mad tea parties in Wilde’s AN IDEAL HUSBAND or Shaw’s PYGMALION? TS Eliot’s eponymous THE COCKTAIL PARTY? The seaside luncheon or the masquerade ball in YOU NEVER CAN TELL? Coward’s dinner party/seance in BLITHE SPIRIT? The wedding reception in GETTING MARRIED?
You can celebrate these, and many other occasions, at our Pearl Anniversary Gala at the Arts Club of Washington as we present an array of festive excepts from our history, a veritable string of pearls.. Cocktails, entertainment, and dinner in the garden!
Join us on Thursday, May 26th for this “pearl” of an evening– it won’t be a party unless you’re there!
