ST NICHOLAS is a hit!
The reviews have started, and they’re bloody good for ST NICHOLAS at
The Washington Stage Guild!
“A jaded theater critic falls in with vampires in “St. Nicholas,” the popular monologue that helped make Irish playwright Conor McPherson’s name roughly 20 years ago… a good dark yarn simply staged by Laura Giannarelli in the Stage Guild’s headquarters, the Undercroft Theatre at the Mount Vernon Place United Methodist Church. The odd bit of moody lighting helps, but mostly it’s up to Largess to tell it coolly and well, which he does.”

“For an exceptionally comedic evening with some conscientious observations about the human condition……..(coming from a critic employed by vampires), check out St. Nicholas at the Washington Stage Guild.”
